Chef's Choice 210 Hybrid Diamond Hone Knife Sharpener, White and Black

Easy to Use, Good for the Price
This is a very affordable electric sharpener, and is easy to use. I do find that hand-honing my knives with my steel does work out better than the hone on the sharpener.
