Where is the rubber O-ring
works i guess but it does not have the rubbber o-ring like the factory original. this is what i get for going cheap.

I got this along with the pre motor filer and it works and fits great just like the original and has a good pricepoint.
you can get by with it.
trying to glue back the rubber seal from the old filter was futile. I just stuck the filter in and it works.
