Good quality and fits the Bissell #1699
Both belts appear of good quality and fit perfectly for the Bissell Model 1699 as was advertised. Have used the Bissell steamer with the new belts for over 3 hours so far and the the new belts show no sign of wear. Good quality, good price, and speedy mail delivery.
Just like new
Very pleased with these belts. They improved my aging machine's performance. I had replaced the single brush belt years earlier but never the pump belt. I'm happy and they came quickly and were easy to install.
