It Heats
Have used this for over a month and it works as expected. The noise is alot less than my old space heater but it can be heard, I would compare it to the air blowing through a central air vent.
Prev Purch 1 & was so impressed with how well it worked and the amount of area that it keeps warm that I bought 2 more.

Good electric heater
This is a great oscillating electric heater. Heated up my office quickly, has all the basic settings (e.g. you can set an automatic minimum temp), and isn't too loud. Takes up a bit of space but isn't too much of an eyesore. Delivery etc was quick.
