Remarkable blender.
Nice job Black & Decker. Started drinking Dr Oz green drink. Too tough on my old blender. Even tough for my Waring bee hive blender.
This thing really does the job. That 700 watt motor really runs right through carrots, celery, ice cubes, whatever.
The glass pitcher makes it better than it's only competition, the KitchenAid - and it's 1/4the the price.

Minuses: very hard to disassemble after each use
The base seems to be welded to the container!
For serious food prep use only, too much hassle for the morning smoothie.
