Breathe-yep, it works!
Seems cigars are making a comeback. Well, now that the weather is nice, my smoking guy and his buddy, once a week, sit right by the window where the smoke migrates right into the bedroom.
Ah, nothing quite as nice as the smell of a good cigar, right? Sure, until it is time for bed and the entire room reeks of stale cigar and my husband smells like a wet dog that has been left outside with mange.
To the rescue! This thing removed ALL the cigar smell within about an hour. It is amazingly quiet! My daughter decided she wanted it in her room the next night- Well, young lady, if you did your laundry, your room would smell better- Oh Mother...
Lo and behold, her room did smell better even with all the dirty laundry on the floor. I don't know how this thing does it, but it works. The filter only needs to be replaced every two years according to the instructions, so it is cost effective, too.

The eternal skeptic!
I did a lot of reading about the negative ions etc. Reading that some hospital operating rooms use them to help prevent infection made me give it a try. So after a month I can state it improved my wife's sleeping incredibly. For years she's awakened several times a night blowing her nose from allergies. She has refused meds. It doubles as a white noise machine. She sleeps much better and so do I since she's not blowing her nose all night. We use this unit in a smaller bedroom 16 x 14 and it works fine. The only minor gripe is the bright lights on the front but duct tape cured that. Highly recommend.
Better Sleep in my master bedroom
I bought this since I moved to new house by the woods that I expect good amount of pollens during spring. I was wondering if the Plasma Cluster really works as they advertize. My worry has gone away in a week. The Sharp is doing very good in refreshing the air and filtering out the dust or pollen so that I stopped sneazing or coughing during midnight that had been bothering much. I really like this product and would recommend to anyone who is suffering from allergy symptom caused by dust or pollen.
