Exceeded expectations
Though I frequently read Amazon reviews, I've never written one before. I had to write one about this product. I bought this steam cleaner hoping it would help clean the grout in my kitchen floor. I also planned to use it to clean the rest of the tile floors. The floor is very hard to clean. I've never been happy with how it looks. I debated for a long time whether to get this model or a different HAAN model. I liked the versatility of the SI-75 but was skeptical that it would do a good job both as a steam mop and handheld steamer. Its reviews were so so as well. I hoped it would help clean the grout but didn't have high expectations. Well, I decided to go ahead and buy it, and I can honestly say I can't remember the last time I was so thrilled with a purchase. It does a fantastic job. I used the handheld with the brush attachment on the grout. I still can't get over how great it turned out. It also doesn't take forever to do. Awesome steam mop
It is very efficient. Love all the attachments that are included. Much better than my last steam mop (shark). Cleans floors extremely well. Great for getting out a sticky spill. Carpet attachments are nice, also works on my mattress and couch. I steam clean everything now!
Poor customer service
The steamer unit stopped heating after 3 months. Haan had me send it back at my expense of $42.00 I'm still waiting for my replacement.
