Not as described or pictured
I ordered the package based on the fact that these were supposed to be genuine Eureka parts. I received the items, but only the belt was Eureka, in it's original packaging. The bags were of an unknown brand "Micro Lined" - one package of 10, one 10-count bag that was open, with 8 bags. Neither the HEPA filter nor the motor filters were in any packaging at all - just stuffed in the mailing envelope. Who knows what brand they are, since there was no packaging or labels on the parts. Since Eurkea HEPA filters are labeled as Eureka I have to assume that what I received is another off-brand (especially since it is identical to the picture of the "Generic Eureka HEPA filter" B&H Housewares also offers. While these parts may work fine, they are not what I ordered nor what is described in the product description as "All Genuine Eureka parts"
Not as depicted, not as described
This review is a ditto of the one posted Sep 26- the only genuine Eureka part in the package I received today is the drive belt. The bags are "Micro-Lined" by a company called DVC; the alleged HEPA filter was unlabeled, the motor filters were half the thickness of the original, and so on. The Amazon.com photos show genuine Eureka parts, but what you get from B&M is something else. Amazon already sells an explicitly generic 4870 supplies kit for $7 less! This is bait and switch, pure and simple.
False advertising - beware
While the pictures in the advertisement of this product appear to show all genuine Eureka made parts, none of the items shipped to me were actually Eureka products - they were all other products made by some other 3rd party vendor. While I am not a against buying products from other vendors, it should be clear at the time pf purchase which this was not. However I decided to give the product a try and installed the new filters and belts that came with the product. Well the belt did not even last more than 2 hours of use before breaking. Kind of tells how good the quality is - NOT ! I do have to say to be fair that when I contacted the seller by email , he credited me the full amount of the order without any issue, so I will say they were fair in that way. But beware - if you think you are buying genuine Eureka products, they are not.
